Enchantingly nestled in the rock and boasting a typically Mediterranean charm, the house captivates with its refined furnishings and breathtaking views: from the approximately 90 square meter terrace you can admire the sunsets over the island of Palmarola, a true feast for the eyes and the spirit.

It features a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, a refrigerator, a spacious living room, and a sun terrace with comfortable loungers. There's also a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, an outdoor shower with hot water and a sea view, a barbecue area, and a hammock for total relaxation.
Outside, you'll find a 2,000-square-meter fenced garden, a laundry room, and private parking with an electric gate. For maximum comfort, the house offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a relaxing heated hot tub with sea views.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, guests can rent scooters (125 or 200 cc) and two bicycles directly to explore the island independently. Pets are welcome, making "Tre Venti" the perfect choice for the whole family.
